Delete account

Your account can be deleted right in the app in about a minute — together with all data. Here's how it works, plus a fallback method.

In the app

Settings → Account → "Delete account" → confirm. After confirmation the account and its data are deleted immediately and you're signed out.

If you can't access the app

Email support@pero.day from the address your account is registered to, with the subject "Account deletion". We'll delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

— your account and profile data;

— all tasks, notes and transcripts of recordings;

— usage history tied to the account.

Data leaves backups as they rotate: daily copies live 30 days, weekly ones 12 weeks, monthly copies and the cold archive about 12 months. Nothing deleted is kept anywhere beyond that. Deleted data cannot be recovered — if you need it, export first (in the app: Settings → Export data).

Your subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription — Apple manages it. Cancel it separately: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pero. Otherwise charges will continue.
